Twilight Turtle

Have you heard of the Twilight Turtle? We received one as a present from my mother-in-law before my daughter was born. I thought I would do a review for you all because I have heard talk before about whether these were worth the money or not.

They are cute little animals that project a complete starry night sky onto the walls and ceiling of any room. The company, Cloud b, first started with a turtle. Now, they come as ladybugs. A new animal is in the works as well.

You can choose from three soothing color options – blue, green, and amber – to create magical, tranquil environments that are ideal for helping children of all ages ease into a restful sleep. I would put the turtle on the floor and it would light up the ceiling. There is a start pattern where you can identify 8 different constellations.

It is really easy to use. I have to admit that we only used ours as a nightlight. It was nice to turn on to be able to check on our daughter and it would automatically turn itsself off after a couple of minutes. She always thought it was interesting to play with also. As she gets older, we can use the start guide and figure out the constellations.

This is a great gift for new parents especially. It runs around $30. You can buy them at amazon.com. I found them for $29.95 as a quick search. I recommend this product for your youngster(s)!
