I was given several wellness oils to test out. My favorite was Sleep Aid. The first night I used it, I tossed and turned (I’m 8 months pregnant so this is pretty common!) But I continued to use the oil when I remembered to and found that the nights I did use it, the periods when I was able to sleep were much more restful and I woke up feeling a lot better than I did on the nights I forgot to use it. I applied a tiny bit of the oil just under my nose and on my neck so that I could breathe it in. It really helps me to relax and get to sleep quickly and now I try to remember to use it every night.

Body Ache Relief Wellness Oil is something I would try for after exercising and when it rains and my joints hurt.
Oh boy could I use ALL of these great oils…lol. Blood Pressure, Achy Joints, Sleep Aid…sheesh, I could get rid of a ton of meds! I would love the Headache oil though for my teen daughter that has to go through the horror of migraines!! Thanks for blogging about these oils…what a great find!
