I was given several wellness oils to test out. My favorite was Sleep Aid. The first night I used it, I tossed and turned (I’m 8 months pregnant so this is pretty common!) But I continued to use the oil when I remembered to and found that the nights I did use it, the periods when I was able to sleep were much more restful and I woke up feeling a lot better than I did on the nights I forgot to use it.
