I was given several wellness oils to test out. My favorite was Sleep Aid. The first night I used it, I tossed and turned (I’m 8 months pregnant so this is pretty common!) Physically go down to their level. Whether they are talking to you or you are talking to them, stoop down and make yourself their height. I can tell my kids really appreciate this, and no matter what we are talking about, they end up giving me a hug or kiss when I do this because we are physically so close.
