Have you noticed our Beauty of the Day widget? It’s located near the bottom of the page in the left sidebar. It’s got some great tips.
One of my favorite tips from the widget is to use Vaseline to care for your cuticles. Just massage a dab onto each cuticle before bed every night to keep them from getting dry. Use a q-tip for less mess.
Another beauty tip that I picked up a few years ago is adding baking soda to your cleanser to turn it into a mild exfoliant. Who would have thought?! It actually works quite well and it’s gentle enough for daily use and super cheap to boot!
Unilever, the parent company of brands such as Dove, Ponds and Vaseline have put together a package of their beauty products to give to one lucky reader. Guys need lotion just as much as gals. Our skin gets dry and flaky too. So my tip would be for guys to get over thinking that lotion is for gals. Its not…its for humans!
