Donvier Ice Cream Maker from Cuisipro Review & Giveaway

It’s December and sometimes the last thing on our minds is ice cream. Well, being pregnant, it is on my mind a lot. Plus, an ice cream maker would be an awesome gift to give this holiday season!

I had the opportunity to test out a Donvier 1-Quart Ice Cream Maker from Cuisipro. I am a plain person. I like vanilla and chocolate. So, it was obvious that I wanted to make vanilla ice cream. It only took 3 ingredients too: vanilla, confectioner’s sugar and light cream. Then, I wanted to add chocolate syrup to it once it was made! mmmm

It is so easy to make this and knowing it is all-natural is so much better! I froze the cylinder overnight, mixed my ingredients the next day and simply poured it into the cylinder that I put into the plastic container. The instructions say to turn 2-3 rotations every 3 minutes roughly until it is too hard to turn. I thought it was hard to turn initially myself so I had my husband do it. After awhile I was easily able to turn the crank. It was amazing to see the ice cream being formed!! I was skeptical of how it was going to turn out when we first started, but the second I tasted the ice cream I was sold! The same happened with my husband. The ice cream is so yummy that I couldn’t stand to put chocolate syrup on it because the vanilla was so good!! There are so many ice cream recipes you can make and you can even use your imagination and make your own kind.
