I thought this week was going to be horrible especially because I went to my meeting a day earlier than last week (to get back on track). I was wrong! I was down 2.2 pounds!! People ask if this is hard for me to do, but right now, it’s really not. I’m no saint and I cheat. I always get something bad for myself the day I weigh in (I had McDonald’s today yum), but I may not eat dinner or will eat a really light dinner. I’ve learned to know when I am full and try to stop when that happens (it’s not always easy). It just seems like I have such a long road ahead of me still though. You may wonder how I do it though. Honestly? I eat a ton of chicken, eggs and salad. If I want something beef-like, I substitute with turkey meat. My grocery bill is up because health food is always more expensive (can someone explain this to me if we are an overweight nation please?)
On a side note, my kiddo is 2 months old and a chunk! I figured I will share a recent picture of us as a little update. 🙂
