So, I have missed a few weeks reporting my weight loss. It’s not because I’ve been ashamed. I would simply forget and then I’d remember and forget again or get sidetracked. Hard to keep up with 3 little ones and all that’s going on.
So, as for my progress. I actually started gaining weight back! I was eating like a PIG! I’ve never been one who could just lose weight from breastfeeding unfortunately. I made the decision and started back at Weight Watcher’s last week. I lost a lot of weight (15 lbs.) from it last time and then I got pregnant, so I know I can do it again. I would like to lose at least 20 lbs. from this point. My first week was a success though. I lost 4.4 pounds and am now down 20 total from when I was pregnant.
