Amazingly, 2.4 lbs. is becoming my magic number I guess. Never in my life would I guess that I have lost that much. I did bad this weekend with Memorial Day and the family. I even had fried ravioli. Gasp! It was really hard to get back on the wagon too, but I was able to luckily. Did you know that you had to eat 500 calories less/day to lose any weight? That’s 3500 less calories per week. Wow! My problem was drinking too much soda and eating out too much.

The hardest part for me losing weight is not eating as often as I should, and then eating too much when I do eat.
