I am not sure what happened last week, but I fell off the wagon big time. I gained 1 lb. oops! (I can’t say this week is going much better either.) My husband was my support and he hasn’t helped by tempting me. He can skip one meal and lose 3 lbs. so he’s not much help. I really need to get my mind back into the game. I am ready to go to my meeting so that I can get motivated again. People always say the last 10 lbs. is the hardest and I truly believe it now. I miss my track record of losing 2 lbs. each week. Waaah haha
