Weigh Me Wednesday (Thursdays are becoming a regular time Edition)

I went to my first meeting in FOREVER since my husband was finally home and he could watch the kids.  I passed another 5 lbs. and have lost 22 since I started Weight Watchers.  It’s only been 9 weeks and I am 2.8 lbs. above where I was this time last year.  I am pretty excited since I just had the baby 3 months ago and am almost down to the weight I started at.  I would love to lose 10 more on top of my goal, but baby steps, right?

Next week I am on vacation with my family.  I am going to do my best to be good, but my family loves to eat.  We have already discussed ribs, burgers and I am sure there is much more waiting.  Yes, that leaves me nervous.  What do you do to at least keep the weight off and not gain on vacation?  I want to enjoy myself, but I also don’t want to gain.  I am hoping I can just eat a little bit and not stuff myself, but any tips are appreciated!

Woo hoo!! That is sooo awesome! I just started weight watchers too… and so far so good. Check out this amazing smoothie recipe my sister gave me for Pina Coladas…the smoothie is for only 1 point(using magic bullet)!

Ice
Fat Free half and half (prob 1 cup?..I just pour)
1/4 cup Sugar free canned pineapple (I get crushed)
Splenda
Coconut extract, teeny weeny bit goes a long way, I use like half cap full.
Then blend and enjoy, its a perfect low point summer treat!
