I marinated the meat and was all ready to grill last night and the BBQ went kaput. Total bummer! These recipes make me want to run out a buy a new one IMMEDIATELY!
Texas BBQ Bacon Burger:
Ingredients:
1 each Omaha Steaks Burger
1 each Kaiser Roll
Sprinkle Omaha Steaks Seasoning
2 oz Sautéed Onions
1 slice Cheddar Cheese
3 slices Omaha Steaks Bacon
2 oz Omaha Steaks Barbeque Sauce
Procedures:
- Toast the Kaiser Roll.
- Cook and season the Omaha Steaks burger to your desired doneness.
- Melt the Cheddar Cheese on the burger.
- Heat the Omaha Steaks Bacon and place on the cheese.
- Heat the Sautéed Onions and place on the bacon.
- Top all with the Omaha Steaks Barbeque Sauce and serve.
