Kohl’s Anniversary Sale & $50 Kohl’s #Giveaway

I was generously given $50 and asked to shop the Kohl’s Anniversary sale — sounds easy right?  Wrong.  There were SO many good deals and I’m such a horrible decision maker that it was difficult to decide what to buy!  First I considered a pair of Rock & Republic Jeans.  They were 50% off ($45).  I tried a couple of pairs on and liked them but wanted to stretch the gift card and be able to purchase at least a couple of items so I decided against them.  Then I found this shirt:

I really love this style.  It was available in multiple colors and patterns for only $14.99!  It has short sleeves though and it’s starting to get cold here so I found this:

Sonoma Life + Style thermal shirts were on sale for only $11.99.  They are available in plain colors and patterns and I loved the color and pattern on this one. But I kind of wanted to some new shoes so I headed over to the shoe department and found these (more than half off!):

On the way to the shoe department I saw these sweaters and briefly considered buying something for the Hubs….nahhh:

But then I got to thinking that I could use some athletic wear.  It might inspire me to get active beside walking my son to the bus stop.  There were some really great deals over there:

Fila activewear was 40% off making this jacket normally priced at $55 only $27.  Plus, they had a HUGE selection of Tek Gear performance wear 45% off, yoga pants only $14.99, and velour separates only $15.99 each.  After considering several performance tops…

I decided on a pair of black performance pants normally priced at $44 on sale for $24.40.  The Fila Jacket and pants make a perfect pair and came in just over $50 for both.  Plus, through October 6th, you earn $10 Kohl’s cash for every $50 spent!
