My New Year’s Resolution is to picture end results as a means for motivation to keep going and never give up on across all aspects of my life. I’m a junior in college and sometimes motivation is hard to come by. Now, more than ever, I must keep up the momentum and aim for a successful year.

My New Year Resolutions is to lose 60 pounds. Last Year I weight 400 pounds, and as today I am down to 265pounds. I did it on my own , no pills,etc. I even amazed my doctor! So here I go again, but if you try this , bring your doctor in on this to get your blood work done, so you see what you are lacking. I feel like a healthy new person!
