Yes, I’m trying to get my kids to eat healthier and I should probably join them but I’ve got a sweet tooth and love to indulge! How could I turn down the opportunity to try out Ruth’s Brownie Kitchen Zingers? Brownie Zingers are described as being like the crunchy tops of brownies. I thought they were more like a crunchy cookie but came in shapes more like chocolate bark. They are available in three flavors. Below is what I thought of each one:
Walnut Brownie — If you like walnuts, you’ll love this flavor. It’s loaded with nuts. I don’t mind walnuts but I don’t love them either. This flavor was just ok for me.
Toffee Crunch — Now toffee on the other hand, I love. This was my favorite flavor of the bunch. I wasn’t expecting the Zingers to be as crunchy as they are, probably because I think of brownies being more on the chewy side. After I got over that, I really enjoyed this flavor.
Chocolate Chunk — This flavor is definitely for chocolate lovers. Crunchy chocolate with loads of chocolate chunks on top. I couldn’t eat too many of these. The chocolate flavor is very powerful — A chocolate lovers DREAM! Goes awesome with an ice cold glass of milk!
Zingers are available in individual bags for $5.95, 3 bags for $16.95 and 5 bags for $27.95. Bags are 5.5 oz each. I recommend the 3 bag assortment so you can try them all! Plus, when you use code 20MYBLOG20 you’ll get 20% off. Ruth’s Brownies are handcrafted to order daily and shipped fresh within hours of being removed from the oven to guarantee their freshness.
