Do you have a Lego fan in your family? I’ve got the perfect gift for you! I know it’s a little early to start thinking about the holidays but planning early makes the holiday season a lot less stressful! My 6 year old will build with Legos for hours upon hours. This Christmas I’m going to give him the book [amazon_link id=”0805096922″ target=”_blank” ]Cool Creations in 35 Pieces[/amazon_link] by Sean Kenney bundles with a Lego Store gift card.
This book is the sixth in a series that showcases the author’s LEGO art work which inspire LEGO fans to use their imaginations and creativity to create their own works of art. Each creation in this book uses no more than 35 pieces. You’ll find step-by-step instructions to make dozens of figures including robots, trucks and more.
We have many Lego sets but some of the pieces used in this book’s creations are pretty specific. That’s why I’m including the Lego Store gift card with this book. It will also encourage planning and organization. My son will need to make a list of the pieces he needs before we make a trip to the store. The genius thing about Legos though is that you can always improvise and use what you already have to make a slightly altered creation. Plus, this book is pure inspiration! It shows a world of possibility and the worlds you can create with just 35 pieces.
