Before I had kids I used to keep my nails painted at all times. I was pleasantly surprised by these products.  Shea butter is a great moisturizer but I wasn’t convinced it was for my hair.  I’ve got fine, flat hair that has a tendency to become oily.  I was positive these products would weigh my hair down but they didn’t!  Even the leave-in products like the Combing Cream which felt heavy on my fingers as I worked a small amount through my hair did well.  I have to say I was pretty shocked.  I liked that all of the products had the same light fragrance- a little bit sweet and not too heavy of a scent.  It was perfect.  These have the “feel” of salon quality products without the salon prices- A bit of spa pampering at home!

Being a BzzAgent, you get to try different things and let you know what you like and what you don’t like.  The latest campaign that I was a part of was Covergirl Naturals.  I received NatureLuxe Silk Foundation and NatureLuxe Gloss Balm.

NatureLuxe Silk Foundation is a lightweight  foundation made with cucumber water and natural jojoba and rosehip extracts.  Personally, I didn’t care for it.  Even though it’s natural, it had a fragrance that while not unpleasant, wasn’t something I really wanted on my face.  The coverage was decent and went on easily.  It lives up to it’s lightweight claim but I still prefer the mineral powder that I normally use.

The good news is, I did like the NatureLuxe Gloss Balm.  It contains a blend of mango, shea and other natural butters.  It provides a sheer touch of color while moisturizing your lips.  The color I received wasn’t really my style but there are 16 colors in the line, plenty to choose from and something for every skin tone!  I love that the gloss also has an SPF 15 to protect your lips.
