“The burner liners under the burners in your stove reflect heat, helping foods cook faster. Burner liners that are covered with burnt-on foods decrease the energy efficiency of your stove. Revoe the liners and scrub them well (or put them in the dishwasher). If it’s impossible to remove the burnt-on food, bu new burner liners from a home improvement center.”
