Summer is the perfect time for pasta salads and I’m sure everyone has a favorite. We hope you’ll want to share it with us! Here are two of my favorites:
Hawaiian Pasta Salad
1 box/bag Raditore pasta
1 can black olives (drained)
1 can pineapple (drained)
1/2 lb deli sliced ham (about (2) 1/2″ slices cubed
1 bottle Ranch dressing
Boil pasta. Mix with the rest of the indredients. Refridgerate. We like to leave the dressing off until we dish out a serving and then add the amount that suits our taste.
Italian Pasta Salad
1 box/bag garden rotini
1 package pepperoni
1 can black olives (drained)
Mozzerella cheese cubed (I just cut up string cheese 🙂
1 bottle italian dressing
Boil pasta. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate.
