Recipe Monday: Peanut Butter Balls

This one has been around the internet so I'm not sure where it originated from. It's known as "Balls". I tried it last night and they were super easy, fast and delicious! 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 cup peanut butter one egg 1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Recipe Monday: Homemade Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:1/2 lb noodles (whatever shape you prefer)6 Tbs butter3 Tbs flour2 1/2 cups milk2 cups cheese1/2 lb ham, cubedDirections:Prepare noodles according to box. Boil 4 Tbs butter and flour. Stir in milk. Cook until thickened. Add 3 Tbs grated cheese. Grease casserole pan with remaining butter. Mix noodles, sauce and cubed ham. Top with cheese.
