Aside from tomatoes, I actually like vegetables. Still, I’m not very good about getting them into my diet for some reason. I really like Garden Lites Veggie Cakes because I don’t even have to think about it. I get a delicious hot breakfast in less than a minute and veggies are the first and primary ingredient!
Veggies Cakes are frozen and you can heat them up in the microwave in just 45 seconds. If you like them a little crispy, you can also put them in the toaster oven. To me, these taste like a delicious quiche but some people compare them to the inside of an egg roll. Either way, they taste great!
I like to eat them for breakfast but they are also great as a side dish. They’re only 80 calories each so I usually eat a couple of them with my morning cup of coffee. I really enjoy starting me day with Veggie Cakes. Typically, I’m not much of a morning person and often skip breakfast but these are so quick and easy to make, I can easily fit it into my morning routine and get a good start to my day.
Garden Lites products are all gluten free, nut free, soy free, non-GMO and Good House Keeping Nutritionist approved! You can find them in the freezer section in stores like Kroger and Target.
