I made THE BEST pizza the other day! And it was all from scratch. I started with this freezable homemade pizza dough recipe which is awesome because you can make up a few batches and keep it in the freezer until the day you need it. We used to do “pizza fridays” every week and it was nice to have the dough made up ahead of time.
Next, I made the sauce and chicken from my Cream Cheese Chicken recipe.
Cream Cheese Chicken:
1 can chicken broth, separated
4-8 cloves garlic (or jarred equivalent)
4 oz cream cheese
1.5 Tbs. flour
2 tsp white wine
4-8 cloves garlic (or jarred equivalent)
4 oz cream cheese
1.5 Tbs. flour
2 tsp white wine
boneless skinless chicken
Directions:
Start cooking chicken in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. Add 3/4 can chicken broth, white wine, and garlic and simmer. Mix flour with remaining broth and add to pan; mix. Add cream cheese, continue simmering and mixing until sauce is thick and bubbly.
After you’ve pressed out your dough onto your pizza stone, add your cream cheese chicken mixture and spread out evenly.
Add feta, sliced olives, spinach and mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 500 degrees until crust and cheese are golden.
This is one of my favorite pizzas ever! Slice & Enjoy!
Looks so yummy, thanks for sharing
