This is one of the most unique reviews I have ever done. I can’t say that I inspect insulation often. We finished our basement in ourselves and didn’t give much thought to the insulation actually. The only thing I knew about insulation is that you should wear long sleeves and gloves because it contains fiberglass. Insulation typically creates itching on the body because of this. Safetouch R-13 insulation does not create fiberglass and is actually a wonderful product from everything I have read. SAFETOUCH™ R-13 insulation does not require gloves, goggles and mask like other insulation. Because of this, it is easy to install! It is also super soft. I was scared to touch it because I’ve always known that insulation is bad to touch, but believe me from experience that it is completely safe!
