The only time I am able to weigh in lately is on Thursdays, so I am going to recap the week each Wednesday now. I went on vacation last week (technically a staycation because I was just at my parent’s, but my sister was visiting, so we all took time away). I let my diet go to the wind. Boy, am I paying for it now! I didn’t weigh last week to give myself a break, but I believe I gained 2 lbs. just in that week! ouch! I am curious what the damage is tomorrow when I weigh, but I have really had to work hard to lose any weight in 2 weeks due to this. So, stay tuned!
How has your summer been with losing weight? Usually I am so hot that I don’t want to eat, but I guess I am staying indoors more, because I am happy to eat everything. 😉
