If you purchase 2 Chi-Chis products, you can get a free reusable shopping bag. Just complete this form and mail it in with your original receipt(s) with the products circled. You will also need to include the UPCs from the 2 products that were purchased (liquor items are excluded).
Mail it to the address on the form and you will get your bag within 6-8 weeks. It does not specify that this offer is limited to one per household. However, it is only while supplies last and based upon purchases made from August 1, 2009 – April 30, 2010. The completed form must be received by May 15, 2010.
There was also a free reusable bag you can get here. Don’t forget to use your reusable bags and CVS and Target either for cash and ECBs.
