For over 60 years, Nowa Li has been making hand stitched moccasins for kids. The traditional Swedish moccasins are made with yarn and foxing materials that meet the Öko-Tex Standard 100. This means that they do not contain harmful dyes or other substances.
Double elastic ankles ensure that the moccasins stay where they should- on your kids feet! Non-skid soles help new walkers from slipping. Moccasins are meant to be worn indoors but since they are machine-washable, you won’t have to worry if they accidentally get worn outside.

My one year old daughter, McKinley, received a pair of Nowa Li Moccains in the Spring Flowers pattern for this review. They were great for wearing around the house which most days is where we stay. They help keep her feet warm and help keep her from slipping as she toddles around on our hardwood floors. They are warm but not too warm so she can wear these well into the spring and probably even on cool Seattle summer mornings. I love that the moccasins are handmade and are a fun and stylish alternative to socks.
