Nestle Toll House Review & Giveaway

by mindy on August 31, 2010

The transition from summer to school signals the start of busier schedules, which can make it challenging for families to stay connected. That’s why NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE is sharing new ideas, occasions and reasons to bake – because baking brings people together and helps make memories. Now is the perfect time to find sweet ways to connect and spend time together.

Unfortunately, my daughter is not to take yummy items such as cookie for her snack at school, so we all get to enjoy them at home.  I have said it many times, I am not a baker.  I baked a cake for my husband though and it looked so great because I was able to add some yummy toppings.  My daughter thought the topping was the best thing since sliced bread.  ;)  The cake is still around as it’s 2 days old, but not for long.

There are endless possibilities as to what you can do with Nestle Toll House products.  Make a giant Blackboard cookies, football cookies, or cover your chips and pretzels in chocolate and Toll House Morsels.  yum!  Check out another great recipe below for cute Cookie Cups:

Make it Your Way Cookie Cups

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Grease twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin cups.

PRESS two squares of dough together. Place in prepared muffin cups.

BAKE for 20 to 24 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack*. Center of cups will indent slightly upon cooling. With tip of butter knife, remove cookie cups from muffin pan.

FILL cookie cups as desired.

Yogurt & Fruit Cookie Cups: Top each with a spoonful of yogurt and cut-up fresh fruit of choice.

Ice Cream Cookie Cups: Top each with a small scoop of DREYER’S or EDY’S® SLOW CHURNED® Light Ice Cream (any flavor). Sprinkle with NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet or Premier White Mini Morsel Toppers.

* Rocky Road Cookie Cups: Immediately after cookie cups come out of the oven, top with a mixture of NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, mini marshmallows and chopped nuts.

We are giving away an identical package to the one I received to one reader which includes:

NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Back-to-School kits include one adult apron, one child apron, exclusive TOLL HOUSE recipe cards, NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE morsels and other NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE products.

Find out how to enter below.  Also, be sure to check out all of our other giveaways here.

Is there a way to enter without our mailing address showing up on here to anyone? I would love to enter but I don’t want my address out there for everyone to see.
