If you haven’t been to TJ Maxx or Marshall’s lately, what are you waiting for? Stop paying top dollar for clothes at regular department stores. Have you seen the “Spendervention” commercials that TJ Maxx and Marshalls are advertising right now? I would love to put these commercials in some of the faces of my friends. 🙂
TJ Maxx and Marshall’s offer name brand clothes at a very affordable price. I am always in awe when I visit the stores at what labels they have on hand. I also love that I can find pajamas for my kids cheaper than I can at my favorite Children’s Place. My magic price is $5 and I refuse to pay more than that and Marshall’s had some great jammies for $3.99! One of the best things about TJ Maxx and Marshall’s is that you can buy a lot more than just clothes. They have toys, shoes, purses and home decor items.
This past week I went to Marshall’s with one goal in mind- I needed curtains! I walked away with 2 bubble curtains for my daughter’s bedroom. (I’m not sure that’s the exact term for these curtains.) I love them! I paid $23.99 plus tax for them and couldn’t be happier! I would have paid that for one set of curtains at a retail store. Of course, that wasn’t all that I bought. I could not pass up the cheap pajamas that were under $5 for my children (I always buy in advance). I also decided that I needed some new tops since it has been awhile. I am always amazed at the name brand products there. I love that I can buy 3 tops for under $20 and they are all name brand. I was even able to get a dress for the Kentucky Derby next year, but shhh don’t tell my hubby. 🙂
Next time you go for a shopping trip, remember TJ Maxx and Marshall’s and you will be happy you did with the money you save!
