Holly and I got the chance to try some First Impressions outfits from Macy’s on our children. I wasn’t really sure what to expect. I admit that I do not shop at Macy’s much. I just don’t make it to the mall often unless there’s a huge sale. When the box arrived though, I can not describe how impressed I was. My face lit right up when I opened the package. I received outfits for my little man and Holly received outfits for her little darling. There are 2 different collections:
Satin Hanger Collection
Sweet, traditional outfits with their own signature satin hanger. Range of colors with ruffles, trims and 
added accessories. Available in sizes 0-24 months. Giftable items that are perfect for showers, holiday presents and special occasions. Sold in stores and online, prices vary from $26 and up.
Mindy’s take:
This little outfit is adorable! It’s great for church, Christmas parties or pictures! My son is too little for it right now, but I can’t wait until he can grow. The pants have an elastic waist band, which is perfect! I also love that it is all machine washable. It is on sale right now for $27.60!
Holly’s take:
Holly’s take: I received beautiful dress for my newest daughter from the satin hanger collection. I love that it comes on a special pretty hanger. It really does make it perfect for gift giving. I would have loved to dress Parker in this dress for Christmas because it has a touch of red but isn’t overly Christmasy and foo foo which I don’t like. It arrived in size 18 months and she’s only a month old so it will be awhile. Until then, I look at it almost every time I open her closet and wonder what special occasion she might wear it for. It has the look and feel of a quality piece of clothing. Right now this dress is on sale for $27.60.
The Everyday Value Collection
Essentials for every baby- Three and four piece sets for girls and boys include a coverall, pants and hat. 
Available in sizes for preemies, 0-3 months, 3-6 months and 6-9 months Variety of colors and patterns for girls, boys and gender neutral. Outfits are machine washable and 100 percent cotton. Sold in stores and online as an everyday value, prices vary from $8.98 and up.
Mindy’s take:
I received this adorable little boy’s outfit in 12 months. Even though my son is only 8 months (today actually), he fits beautifully in this. I love that the bottom of the pants are lined where if I roll them up, they match the stripes in the top. He does look a tad silly in the hat, but he’s too cute that he looks great in anything. This outfit is only $9.98!!! What a great deal for a whole outfit!
Holly’s take:
A whole outfit including a hat for $9.98 everyday?! Really, how can you beat that? The 
outfit I received came with a onesie, pants and a hat with a leopard print. There’s a cat on the front of the shirt and the words “Mommy’s Princess” and right now, she is! My other daughter has really become Daddy’s Girl as she has gotten older but babies are pretty much all mine and I’m loving it! There are a few similar outfits from this collection at the same great price for boys and girls plus some in other styles- all a great prices.
