Activity centers are a safe alternative to baby walkers of days past. The Evenflo Jump & Learn ExerSaucer is stationary yet still provides plenty of exercise. Babies can rock, spin and bounce which will help them strengthen their back, leg, and neck muscles and achieve important developmental milestones. This secure play area not only provides baby a safe place to play and learn, it gives parents a little more freedom from constantly entertaining. The Jump & Learn ExerSaucer boasts 55 fun learning activities including a mirror, pop up animals and a nest rattle. The toys are removable so you can take them along with you to provide entertainment on-the-go. The three position height adjustment allows the ExerSaucer to grow right along with the baby and provide months of fun.
Putting things together is not my husbands strong suit. The majority of items requiring assembly are left to me. When the Evenflo Jump & Learn Active Learning Center arrived at our house for our review as part of the Evenflo Ambassador Program I debated whether I should attempt to put it together while my three year old and two year old were around or wait until they went to bed. I knew they would be excited about a cool new toy for their little sister and so was I, so I decided to go for it. I dumped everything out of the box and removed all of the packaging materials:
I had about 30 minutes before I needed to start dinner so I challenged myself to finish it before then. Even with my kids running off with the parts, I was easily able to assemble it in under 30 minutes. Each leg (there are 3 of them) needed four screws. Other than that, it was mostly snapping parts together and figuring out where they should go. The directions were easy to follow and soon enough, it was ready for Parker to test it out!

Parker is 3.5 months old and has pretty good control of her head so I felt she was ready to take the ExerSaucer for a test run. She’s a little on the short side so even at the lowest adjustment her feet didn’t quite reach the bottom. The same thing happened with my other two children and similar products. We always just stick a couch pillow underneath and it works like a charm until they get a little bigger. At her age, 5-10 minutes in the ExerSaucer is about all she enjoys before she gets tired.
