Laundry. Not my favorite chore but not my least favorite either. I have no problem starting the wash and drying it. It’s the folding and putting away that get me every week. I wash and dry daily but the mountain of clean laundry piles up usually until Friday or Saturday. Then the clean and folded clothes sit in a basket that we start getting dressed out of until Monday or Tuesday when I finally put the rest away. Then the cycle starts over again. I have a family of five. Right now, the kids clothes are little so I can fit more in. But they’re growing up and the clothes are getting bigger which will mean MORE loads of laundry for me!
Until they invent a folder and put away-er I’m pretty satisfied with the convenience of Purex Ultra Packs with Oxi. There’s no measuring and no mess. I’m obsessed with laundry. I like to have it all completely done at least once a week (cleaned, folded, and put away, without anything else in the hampers.) Obsessed, I tell you! I suppose everyone has their own little quirks…. PS. I have four kids and a husband. =)
That’s great! I aim for that but usually only get as far as having EVERYTHING clean, empty hampers. The putting away is usually what kills me. I gotta work on teaching my kiddos to put away neatly but my oldest is only 6 and would probably just cram the clothes in a half foldedheap in his dresser
