The other day I got a big package of Mary’s Gone Crackers products and I started thinking about what I could dip them in. While I love all types of dips I figured I should maybe try something on the healthy side. I love bean dip and it’s a good source of protein. Plus, I thought it would taste good with Mary’s Gone Crackers Original.
And I’m all for quick and easier and this recipe couldn’t get much quicker OR easier! You only need 3 ingredients:
- 1 can of refried black beans
- 1/3 Cup sour cream
- 1/3 Cup salsa
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat until hot.
I like to add a bit of grated cheese to the top. Everything is better with cheese, right? My kids enjoyed this dip too and it makes a great snack!
