It will help eliminate the toxins of highly processed foods and artificial ingredients, pollution, pesticides and hormones in our foods. All it takes is 2 weeks and your body has the kickstart it needs to lose weight.

My take:
Since I have lost down to my goal weight the reason I wanted to try the 365 Everyday Value Completely Body Cleanse was to remove the toxins and feel even better about myself. One thing that caught me off guard about the cleanse is that there were SO many pills to take. I can not express how many pills there are! I am not the best pill taker, so this was hard for me to get over and admittedly missed a few pills. I was also scared of the side effects (we won’t get too graphic of what I mean), but nothing like this ever happened.
