1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup chopped nuts
1 package 8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
9 oz carton Cool Whip
1 large or 2 small pudding package instant pudding (your choice of flavor- we like pistachio or chocolate)
Melt margarine and combine with flour and nuts. Press mixutre into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown on edges. Cool.
Mix softened cream cheese, 1 cup + 2 Tbls Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Carefully spread on first layer.
Mix instant pudding with 3 cups milk and 1 Tbsp vanilla until thick. Spread on top of second layer.
Top with remaining cool whip then sprinkle with nuts or chocolate shavings. Refridgerate.
