So, I told myself I would lose a ton of weight this week because my husband would be out of town. I wouldn’t eat out and would be “hopping” all of the time with the kids, so there was no need for me to not lose any weight. WRONG! I have eaten out a few times out of convenience and I guess I haven’t been as “active” with the kids as I normally am is the only thing I can think of. I also swear that when I get more sleep I lose more weight. I am exhausted with the kids being sick- especially the baby. So, needless to say I did not lose any weight this past week, BUT I also didn’t gain either, so that’s at least good. I can do these last 5 lbs. I know I can. I just wish it happened quickly instead of slowly. Does anybody have that magic pill? 😉
