Fiber One Review & Giveaway

As a busy, nursing mom, I find it difficult to get the fiber I need in my diet.  I tend to just eat whatever junk I can grab when I have two seconds to stuff my face.  Luckily, there’s Fiber One bars.  Not only do they taste delicious but they provide 35% of the recommended daily value of fiber.  They taste like a candy bar and even have chocolate in them, but I’ll eat them for breakfast without a second thought.  Hey, they are a good source of calcium too!  And no, children, you cannot have a bite.  These are Mommies.  What I do share with them though are Fiber One cereals:
