Freddi the Dog was a really cute book which my kids enjoyed. They though all of the stuff she ate was so silly. Even sillier was that she though the pillow looked like a marshmallow and the telephone like a hotdog! I loved the way the text in the book was written for emphasis making it really fun to read.
Children with pets can probably relate. We had a dog while I was growing up that would always chew up and spread a box of Kleenex all over the hosue when we left him home alone. Just like a toddler, they throw fits. Even children without pets will find this book amusing. My kids sure did!

She is an English Bull Terrier who is 11 years old. In dog years she is 77 years old. Freddi’s favorite things to do (when she has free time) is to eat, eat again, and eat some more.
About the Authors
Lisa and Randy met three years ago and got married on August 8, 2009. Lisa was born in England (she has a cool accent) and moved to California 14 years ago. When Lisa came to California she was a cosmetologist. Randy was born in California and has lived there his whole life. He is a special education teacher in the Tustin Unified School District. They live in Corona, California. They are working on Freddi’s next adventure.
I was not impressed. I read this to my Kindergarten class and although they did sit and listen, this book was not a favorite. I noticed during free time this book was not chosen even once.
