3-4 chicken breasts cooked and cut into chunks (I use 2 boil them & cut with kitchen scissors)
1 can cream of chicken soup (healthy request)
12 oz sour cream (I use fat free)
1 package ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick butter melted (I omit this completely and don’t miss it)
Mix all ingredients together. Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mintues. We serve it over white rice.
