Baked Brownies & Brownie Pan From Williams-Sonoma Review & Giveaway

Need a dessert for a family gathering, a potluck or a work function?  Brownies are always a hit.  Baked NYC has created a boxed mix of their famous New York bakery brownies. These all-natural mixes are quick and easy to prepare, simply add butter and eggs (and peanut butter for the peanut butter ones). Baked NYC Brownies ($16) are available in three different flavors:

• Deep Dark Chocolate– enriched with Guittard Cocoa Rouge and Callebaut semi-sweet chocolate chips
• Peanut Butter chocolate– featuring Guittard Cocoa Rouge and Callebaut semi-sweet chocolate chips
• Brown Sugar Blondie– with two kinds of chocolate chips: Guittard milk chocolate and Callebaut semi-sweet chocolate

To make your delicious brownies portable, bake them in a aluminum brownie pan ($20) from Williams Sonoma.  It comes with a snap-on plastic lid to keep your treats fresh.  You can bake, serve and store treats in the same pan. The heavyweight aluminum conducts heat quickly and evenly to perfectly bake brownies, cookie bars and cakes.

Our family is big on get-togethers which always include a dessert of some sort.  There are never any complaints about brownies but these ones get two thumbs up.  Rich and decadent yet a snap to make, these treats are sure to impress.  We won’t tell that they came from a box mix if you wont!
