Good morning! And Happy Valentine’s Day to you! My three year old has been asking every morning for at least a week “Mommy, is today Valentine’s Day?” We don’t have anything too exciting planned so I hope he isn’t disappointed. Last week we made play dough to hand out to his preschool friends for their Valentine party but today we are making Valentine sugar cookies with Easy Frost frosting. I’m also making a nice chicken fettuccine dinner served on Valentine plates with matching napkins that were leftovers from the party. It wouldn’t be a celebration without sparkling cider in Valentine paper cups, would it? Yep, that’s how we roll. 
We made some of these Pillusbury Valentine Funfetti cookies the other day too and they are so good. We’ll be topping them with pink Pillsbury Easy Frost frosting for a quick and easy Valentine treat that ALMOST compares to those soft “pink” cookies sold in bakeries- do you know the ones I am talking about? Yum!
