I don’t know how, but my daughter knows at least 5 different types of dinosaurs. She didn’t learn it from me. She may have learned it from the ever-popular show, Dinosaur Train. I get the theme song stuck in my head every time I say those two words. Buddy and his friends from Dinosaur Train have developed a game to work on children’s memory skills.
The Dinosaur Train Make a Match
game is like the game Memory that we grew up knowing. There are 48 game cards featuring the favorite dinosaurs from Dinosaur Train. Shuffle the card, place them in 6 rows of 8 cards each, and turn over 2 cards finding a matching pair. The Dinosaur Train Make a Match game also has “Take Buddy” cards, “Wild Cards” and “Lose a Pair” cards. We didn’t play with these cards since it was all new to my daughter, but I know she will enjoy them soon. We determined who won by counting who had the most matching cards. She won, of course! 😉
