KIND Healthy Snacks #Review & #Giveaway

I go so nuts trying to think of healthy snack options for my children that aren’t the same ‘ol, same ‘ol.  We are always on the go also, so snacks have to be portable and easy to grab.

KIND Fruit + Nut bars offer the perfect combination of being healthy and portable all at the same time. One of our favorites has been the Fruit and Nut Delight.  The best way I can compare it is by saying best of both worlds- sweet and salty.

KIND has now developed the KIND minis variety pack, a 12-pack assortment of smaller portioned KIND bars made from ingredients you can see and pronounce ®.  Each pack contains three bars of each of the following flavors:

Like all KIND bars, KIND minis are made with the highest quality whole nuts and fruits and are all natural, low in sodium, gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and non GMO.  Each 24-gram bar contains between 107-115 calories, roughly three grams of fiber and three grams of protein.
