When my son was about two months old my hubby bought him a plush basketball. He wanted him to sleep with it and take it everywhere with him as if this toy would magically turn him into a sports fan. My son is now two and a complete sports nut just like his dad though I doubt it had anything to do with his first ball.
Jackson especially loves baseball.
