Sometimes I feel like such a failure at trying to get my kids to eat veggies. I’m certainly not as persistent as I’d like to be but I hate buying veggies only to put them on their plate and throw them out every time because they won’t eat them. Now I have a great solution- KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Veggie Pasta. It’s available in two flavors- Original and Three Cheese. There is a half serving of vegetables in every cup (the equivalent of a 1/2 serving (1/4 cup) of cauliflower per cup of product). Available in grocery stores nationwide, Kraft Veggie Pasta retails for $1.49 per 5.5 oz box.

My kids ate it up the first time I served it. They think mac and cheese is a real treat. The second time my 2 year old daughter barely ate any which is unusual for her but could have been a fluke. I tried it myself and while it does have a bit of a different flavor from the original Kraft Mac & Cheese, it was something that I would personally eat again. Of course MY preference would be the original. For my kids though, I’d choose this every time! Love to sneak in the veggies where I can!
