I’ve got to hand it to Juice in the City’s Local Business Consultants (mom’s just like us!) for finding the awesome deals JITC has been bringing us over the past week or so. I’ve lived in the area nearly my whole life but have never even heard of some of these amazing places. Take today’s deal for example: $15 for $30 at Barking Frog. Barking Frog?? It’s a restaurant in Woodinville. The name comes from the Native American storytellers use of the Frog as a symbol of wealth or abundance. When the frogs are barking, it is a sign of peace and harmony in nature. Chef Bobby has his own interpretation. He says that when frogs are croaking, they’re happy, and that’s how he wants his customers to feel. I like Chef Bobby already!
When the Hubs and I go out to eat we usually go for breakfast or lunch because menu items tend to be less expensive. The dinner menu at Barking Frog is AMAZING and would be perfect for a special occasion. The $30 credit for only $15 would make it a great date night, especially since it’s limit one PER PERSON rather than one per table! That being said, we’d probably still go for breakfast or lunch.
