Not too long ago I made the leap from PC to Mac and I have been very pleased with the change. I had been using a Clickfree to back up my laptop but since the model I was using was specifically for a PC, I haven’t been able to back up my Mac Book. I was thrilled when I was offered the opportunity to review the FreeAgent Go for Mac which Seagate recently released.

As you can see from the picture above, the FreeAgent Go go is compact and sleek looking. I love the way the silver looks but what I love even more is it’s ease of use and portability. Pictures and videos of my kids are very important to me and I would be devastated if I ever lost those files. We also have a large music library that we’ve built over the years as well. I can rest easier now knowing that my files are safely backed up on my FreeAgent Go.

When I lived out of state I would send him a CD every month with all of the recent photos of my son (this was before my daughter was born). Since moving back, I haven’t given him a single CD and boy have I heard about it! The FreeAgent Go has a handy travel case so now when I visit my dad I can bring it along and share my pictures with him.
