I don’t have school age children yet but I loved the idea of School Year’s Eve when I heard about it. The idea is to throw a party and make new school year resolutions in the style of New Year’s Eve.

My parents always took a picture of me in front of our house on my first day of school every year. It’s funny to look back on them. I remember the excitement of wearing my “best outfit” and styling my hair for the first day of school. It’s hilarious to see the progression of styles (or lack of style!)
