“Oh Plah!” is French for “Here you go!”. It is also a bracelet specifically designed for moms of babies. Made of medical grade thermoplastic, it is non-toxic, bacteria resistant, and free of lead, latex, PVC, BPA and phthalates and thus completely safe for baby.
The other day my aunt sent me a beautiful beaded bracelet. I wore it for all of about 5 minutes. My 9 month old wouldn’t leave it alone. She kept pulling at and trying to get it in her mouth. So, when the Oh Plah! bracelet arrived for this review, I was thrilled. Now I have something safe and stylish to wear and since my daughter is teething, she is really enjoying the bracelet as well.
You and baby can bend, roll, twist, bite, play with and wear this bracelet. It is very durable and can be easily cleaned with soap and water. It dries quickly so you can wear it again right away. When the time comes, Roadhouse Design Collaborative (the makers of Oh Plah!) will pay to have the bracelet shipped back to them so that they can recycle it into new product. Very cool!
If you are a nursing mom, this bracelet can also be used as a reminder. Since there is no clasp, it can easily be switched to the opposite wrist to help you keep track of which side comes next.
Oh Plah! comes in 5 different colors and designs for $19.99 each. The are available at www.ohplah.com.
