Ordered on 10/10/11. It is now 11/13/11. A WHOLE MONTH later and STILL no product.
I emailed them twice before responding with oh it takes 14-21 business days to ship.

After 21 days, I emailed them again to ask for my shipping confirmation. NO RESPONSE GIVEN.
I decided to call them and GUESS WHAT? They have to delay the shipment even further because the items I ordered are OUT OF STOCK. Are you serious!?
SO I decide to CANCEL MY ORDER.
The rep said we do understand the situation that’s why we are offering you a refund. WHAT. YOU SOUND LIKE YOU ARE DOING ME A FAVOR. I SHOULD GET A REFUND!
it’s been 2 days – will be waiting to see if my refund comes.
BTW I got a deal off savemore.com. Stupid deal. Don’t fall for it.”
