It’s shopping season and you want to get the most for your money, right? A new app from Decide.com will help you do just that. The app which was released on 11/17 is designed to help consumers decide if it’s a good time to purchase the product they are interested in. By scanning the bar code or simply doing a search for the product, the Decide app will advise you to “wait” or “buy”depending on the data it’s gathered.
Are any consumer electronics on your Christmas list such as a MacBook Pro, Nikon D90, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Google Nexus S, Go Pro, Garmin Forerunner or Kindle Fire? Use the Decide app to help you determine your best move. Reasons for waiting may include a forecasted price drop or that a newer model is available. For example, I searched for a Fujifilm FinePix Camera and was advised to wait on my purchase. It showed the current prices, both online including tax & shipping and the price for a nearby store, also including tax. Decide.com predicted with 89% confidence that the price will drop or hold steady andgave some stats to back it up. Right from the app I could also find specs on the product and compare prices from different stores so that if I did decide to go ahead and make the purchase, I could get the current lowest price available.
From home, you can do a bit of research at www.Decide.com but if you are out shopping you’ll want to have the Decide app handy. It’s perfect for holiday shopping and will assist you in making informed decisions on how/when to spend your hard earned money.

With christmas around the corner. Between myself, my 4 month old daughter and my fiancee we will not afford any gifts but one or two for our daughter. The economy is putting a large toll on my family. I would love this for christmas. Not only because it would mean the world to me. Also, I didn’t receive anything at all for my birthday. All my money goes to diapers and milk. I really want this kindle Fire. It indeed would be the best thing that has happened to me lately! Thank you!

I went to Decide.com and looked at the iPad’s. I’ve been wanting one for some time. It will have to wait.
I checked out the Kodak EASYSHARE. It told me to wait if I want the new model coming out in 4 months. The price of the current will remain the same or drop in the next 2 weeks.
